A Proud Continuum:
Eight Decades of Art at Howard University

March 7 - May 29, 2005

The Howard University Gallery of Art is hosting the largest alumni art exhibition in the University's history. Entitled "A Proud Continuum: Eight Decades of Art at Howard University," the exhibit features the work of 122 recognized and respected artists. The late Lois Mailou Jones, David Driskell, Elizabeth Catlett and Lou Stovall are among those being spotlighted. The exhibit is open to the public Monday, March 7, through Sunday, May 29, in the Lulu Vere Childers Hall, Gallery of Art on the main campus.
