Dr. Bochi received her Ph.D. from the University of
Pennsylvania, where she specialized in ancient Egyptian art.
She is particularly interested in how, as a visual language,
art
represents a conduit for codifying both the objective and the
conceptual worlds. She is also interested in social issues
such as
identity and in the concept of time. She has written numerous
articles and book reviews, has done field work at Thebes, and
has taught at George Washington University. |
