Howard University Center for Urban Progress (CUP) is an interdisciplinary
center made up of faculty, staff, and students that mobilizes
the Howard University community to address critical local,
national, and global urban issues through applied and community-based
research, academic programs, technical assistance to public
and private agencies, program evaluation, and demonstration
projects.
