2:30 P.M.

Rehearsal for Recognition Ceremony in Burr Gymnasium
(Upper Gymnasium)

Friday, May 9, 2008

12:30 P.M.

• Graduates should assemble in the Lower Activity Gym by department
• Departmental faculty members will be present to assist prospective graduates. 

1:30 P.M.

• Dr. Patrick Goodin, Faculty Marshall, assisted by Lt. Col. Cunningham and Lt. Col. Williams, will lead graduates to STAIRWAY #4 of the Main Gym.
  Graduates shall remain standing until the processional of the faculty, departmental chairs, and deans is completed, and the invocation is given.
• The dean, associate deans and student participants will occupy the front row of the platform.
• Departmental chairs and directors will occupy the remaining rows on the platform.
• Faculty will be seated on floor in the front rows.

2:00 P.M.

• The Recognition Ceremony begins
• Reception will immediately follow the ceremony.

An individual photograph will be taken of each graduate receiving a diploma/certificate. You can view your photograph on the web by keying in www.proshots.com Click Proshots For Consumers. Click “View Your Photographs.” Type “Howard Graduation” in Event Name Box. In the Password box type 2008. Scroll through the images to find your photograph. Use that image number to order. To order copies of these photographs, please choose from the list below: Web prices are higher. Web instructions are on the website. You can order directly from the studio by following the instructions at the bottom of this page.
