Welcome

The Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation Program is a National Science Foundation- sponsored Program designed to increase the number and quality of underrepresented students in the Science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) disciplines.  Students are provided opportunities to participate in conferences, internships and research at the university and in national laboratories across the country.

The Bridge to the Doctorate Program seeks to increase the number of underrepresented students who obtain the Ph.D. degree in STEM disciplines.
