Ph.D. (1965) University of Chicago

Research Interests: Harmonic analysis, operator theory, and applications to engineering linear systems and their control.

In the last few years my research has been focused on two subjects: the theory of functions of bounded mean oscillation in product spaces, and the relations between multi-evolution scattering systems (introduced by M. Cotlar and myself in the late 80's), and multidimensional input/ state/output systems, as well as their applications to engineering.

For informaton regarding my professional service and honors, see my curriculum vitae.
