Requests for COAS Dean's Recommendation
To request the College of Arts and Sciences Dean's Recommendation, please submit:
- Completed application form
- Strong letter of recommendation written by a faculty member in your department
- FAFSA: Copy of all pages of the 2012-2013 Student Aid Report (SAR)
- CV
- Personal statement of career goals and aspirations
- (Unofficial) transcript
