The College of Arts and Sciences Training Center is designed to strengthen faculty and staff computer skills. There are workshops at various levels from basic getting to know your computer to advanced database management. In recent years Howard University and the College of Arts and Sciences have made substantial investments in technology and technology upgrades; the University and the College expects optimal use of these new resources. Therefore to further accomadate faculty and staff schedules open sessions are now provided each week. During this time, you can come and work at your pace and listen to step-by-step videos and interactive instruction in Microsoft XP, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
